What are the tenants rights? What are the landlords rights? There are so many issues when it comes to being a landlord, what are your rights? Do you feel you get no where and when you can’t get a hold of the tenant, can you just show up at the property and change the locks?
I am sure a lot of people have experience frightening stories when it comes to being a landlord, or a tenant. Why is it we trust a complete stranger to treat our home the way we would want it to be treated?
I have had amazing luck when it comes to renting my townhouse. Everytime I go over to my place, I open up the house and it looks nicer and nicer each time.
